ListDaddy ("we", "us", "our") provides a cross-listing and inventory management tool for online resellers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information — name, email, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
Listing data — product titles, descriptions, photos, prices, and categories you create or import.
Marketplace credentials — OAuth tokens or session data you provide when connecting your eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, Grailed, Poshmark, Whatnot, Facebook, or Shopify accounts. These are used solely to list, edit, and manage items on your behalf.
Email data (Gmail and other providers) — when you connect your inbox via our integration, we read sales-confirmation emails from supported marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Depop, Poshmark, Whatnot, Facebook) so we can show you a unified Sales view inside ListDaddy. We extract sender, subject, date, and item title only. We do not read unrelated email and we do not sell or share email content with third parties.
Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, features used, and error logs.

2. How We Use Information

To operate the ListDaddy service and let you cross-list, import, and manage inventory.
To display sales activity from connected email inboxes inside the ListDaddy dashboard.
To improve product reliability and fix bugs.
To communicate with you about your account.

3. Google User Data

ListDaddy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only access Gmail messages that match sales-notification senders from supported marketplaces.
We do not use Gmail data for advertising.
We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the ListDaddy service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you.
We do not allow humans to read your Gmail data unless we have your specific consent, it is necessary for security reasons, or it is required by law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, email), and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@listdaddy.ai. Marketplace and email tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a marketplace or revoke access from your provider.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted storage of credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

7. Your Choices

You can disconnect any marketplace or email provider at any time from the ListDaddy dashboard.
You can delete your account by contacting info@listdaddy.ai.
You can revoke ListDaddy's access to Google data at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Children

ListDaddy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or by email.
